An excerpt from ‘Dark Wisdom’:

‘Time lapsed as absently as the croaking dawn.  I became alive again at the thought of retreat into the heart of the planet that has slowly, often reluctantly, become my home in this incarnation. For years I dreamt of returning to my own planet, back into my homeland of stunning stars and gaping galaxies but this was not to be.  My keepers had better ideas.

I have often found the reality of living just a troublesome distraction when all I ever wanted was to take flight and be as far away from pain as I possibly could…’
