But remember – we have to ACT – Not wait for it to magically happen. I have realised that my ‘waiting’ was a major cause of the anxiety, depression and massive sense of overwhelm and loss I have experienced for some weeks – ‘waiting’ is also:


Circumstantially – there were and continue to be contributing factors… BUT… you may have noticed if you are a regular to my blog – that I have shifted a LOT of that stuck, depressive energy, even though I am still on my ASS financially, socially and practically – How did I shift it?

I got off my ass emotionally – I was honest about how I was feeling – and I stopped worrying so much about what people thought of me (with a little assistance from pharmaceuticals) :-).

This – enables CHANGE – CHANGE is – ENERGY – ENERGY is – HEALING – HEALING is –


We make it – No-one else does.
