HH Dalai Lama On Peace Of Mind

April 22, 2013

HH talks here about how peace and happiness – peace of mind – comes from within and does not come from our outer environment or wealth. This is an interesting one and also difficult for me to embody… although for me I know this to be true. I notice that when my outer world crumbles – or appears to – I STILL am able to observe what is going on from whom I call ‘The Witness’ or ‘The Observer’ – is this witness actually my inner wisdom? My inner knowing? That natural aspect of peace that has been present since my birth??

I’ll leave that with you.

  1. I think we all have that voice, some of us just seem to have no concept of how to listen to it.
